Has anyone done the Ramsay Cascades trail in the Smoky Mountains national park? - smoky mountain trail map
I love waterfalls and would go to for the simple fact that I've been there, because it requires Ramsay 8 miles (4 miles) to their journey. The problem is that I do not exercise, and I'm worried how I would go. I once went 9 miles above the ground and nearly fainted, then walk 8 miles in mountainous terrain that interests me.
It is relatively easy path, and there are many upper and lower parts known about it?
