Its size - weight. How big are u? are either 3 feet or 6 feet are u? It depends.

My BMI says I should weigh 205 pounds (I'm 6'2 "and weighs 280 pounds)

12-13 At this time, your body is still growing, so it is not "normal" BMI. Not to worry about these things and eat healthy and exercise. There are a lot of time as an adult to be obsessed with these things.
