(If you Win XP, disable System Restore. Click Start, click My Computer, then click Properties.
In the Properties dialog box "system, click the System Restore tab.
Click on "Disable disable System Restore. Or click on the option" Turn off System Restore on the packaging of all readers. Click OK.
Click Yes to confirm that you want to disable System Restore.)

Download, install, update and run full scans in safe mode * with these programs ...

*** Please note when downloading / Disconnect from the Internet Updated ***

Then again.

rotate (on System Restore. Click Start, click My Computer, then click Properties.
In the Properties dialog box "system, click the System Restore tab.
Disable the Turn off System Restore check box. Or click on the Disable System Restore on all drives box.
Click OK.)

If you can not run a scan, the scanner goes crazyand to rename the file. exe, something like "myfile.exe" Safe Mode and try again. Some malware prevent the execution of the spy / Mal / virus scans, by the names.

You should consider using a good anti-virus.
Try it with this free ...

* Note: at the start (before loading Windows) or hold down F5 or F8 (note that some manufacturers use F8 to system recovery!) And then the arrow keys to "Safe Mode with networking features" and then press Enter button, click a user account, enter the password (if you do not know, probably not a way to remain free) and press Enter.
