With a view to buying cheap seeds perennial flowers online in bulk or in a store, any suggestions?

It is autumn now, you can receive a free flower seeds, ask friends, neighbors, relatives, some dried flowers from her garden to give.
And in winter you can buy the roots of perennial plants is cheaper, and you do not have to wait 2 years to start blooming about.

I'm not sure what you mean by bulk. If you're in business, most companies in the wholesale seed, but it is usually at least several hundred dollars. This is a hell of a lot of seeds!

If there is a garden club in your area, you can try to unite and exchange with members of seeds.

Try Ebay .... so seriously .... I was surprised by the choice and most of all the combine shipping. I was lucky there.
